Things needed:

1. Car

2. Blue Book

3. Rs. 10 (Hulak Ticket)

4. Rs. 35 for Rajaswa



Steps:

1. Visit Yatayat Karyalaya in Teku (Behind Salt Trading).

2. Park the car and visit Window 1 to pay NPR 35 rajaswa, also provide your blue book.

3. Take your car for the check around the building, provide blue book and Rs. 35 paid receipt.

4. Purchase NPR 10 Hulak Ticket or you can also bring NPR 10 Hulak Ticket with you.

5. After the check, they will give you check passed slip.

6. Park the car and Visit Window 2 (which is on the left hand side of Window 1 around the corner) for entering in the Blue Book and get the green sticker.




Note: If 7 days has passed from Pollution Check Expiry Date, visit Ekantakuna Transportation Office as office at Teku won't entertain such cases.

Solution: Micro sim stuck in normal sim slot

When a sim gets stuck in a sim slot be it the same sim slot or the bigger sim slot, all the mobile repairers and even the service centres don't really have the easiest, safest and fastest way to take the sim out. All they can say is sim slot is probably broken and blah blah which doesn't help at all. By just pushing a sim in a slot doesn't break slot's pin so no need to worry, but if u try to pull out the sim using pins/twizers/or any other sharp/pointed instruments then maybe chances are that the pins in the slot will break.

So what is the best way to take the sim out?
Answer is, there are few ways though all are risky but if done properly and carefully then its the easiest and fastest way to get rid of the trouble.

SOLUTION:

Things needed: another sim and superglue(fevi quick)

Steps:-
1. Get another sim that fits in the slot (working/not working sim doesn't matter)
2. Get superglue
3. Apply very small amount of super glue on one side of the sim which is to go inside the slot where the another sim is stuck (Caution: Do not apply large amount of superglue, it might damage other parts after going in)
4. If you are sure that very small amount is there on the side of the sim then PUSH the sim in so that it touches the stucked sim.
5. After few seconds pull the sim out and Voila! Stucked sim comes out as well :)

This is the best and easiest method I have known till now after facing the problem of stucked sim. This method also works if sd card gets stuck in sim slot or any other sims and card getting stuck and causing trouble to normal people including restlessness, mind divert, anger, etc. :D

After completion of Assignments, B.Com (A&F) exam and Articleship, its time to Request for the Issue of Grade Card and Provisional Certificate.

1. Request for the Issue of Grade Card and Provisional Certificate:

For the issuance of Comprehensive Grade Card and Provisional Degree Certificate of B.Com (A&F), students after completing IGNOU courses and CA courses are required to submit self attested copies of the:

● Mark sheet of CPT/Foundation/PE-I
● Proof of registration for IPCC/PCC/PE-II/Intermediate
● Mark sheet of IPCC/PCC/PE-II/Intermediate
● IPCC/PCC/PE-II/Intermediate Passing Certificate

Similarly, students of M.Com (F&T) are required to submit self attested copies of the:
● Bachelor degree or its equivalence
● Mark sheet of Chartered Accountancy Final Stage

The above documents are to be submitted to the Programme Coordinator [B.Com (A&F)/M.Com (F&T)], School of Management Studies, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi.-110068, or scanned copies of self attested documents may be sent at e-mail id: icai-soms@ignou.ac.in [See the mail format below fig(i)]

NOTE: 
1. Original Marksheet of CPT and IPCC is required.
2. Self attest means first the marksheet and registration letter should be photocopied, then self signed and finally scan & save as pdf format.

2. AFTER SENDING THE MAIL:

After sending the mail you will receive a confirmation email fig(ii), in few days or maybe weeks. Then Provisional Certificate and Marksheet will be delivered to you at the address you have provided and if not visit the IGNOU office at Maidan Garhi, Saket & do the inquiry.

3. Original Degree Certificate:

You will have to make a demand-draft of Rs.400 in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi then submit it to IGNOU at Maidan Garhi, Saket or Badarpur, Near Mohan Estate Metro Station. Original Certificate would be handed over within a half an hour.

Note: DD amount may have been revised, so you are advised to inquire about it in IGNOU, Maidan Garhi.

4. Equivalence Certificate from T.U.

After getting the Original Degree from IGNOU now time for getting the Equivalence Certificate from Tribhuwan University, Kirtipur. Go to the Pathyakram Bikaas Kendra (पाठ्यक्रम बिकास केन्द्र) located inside T.U. premises in Kirtipur adjacent to Nepal Bank Ltd.

Required Documents photocopy and Original to show:

1. B.Com Degree Certificate
2. B.Com Marksheet
3. IPCC Passing Certificate
4. +2 Transcript
5. +2 Provisional Certificate

You will be asked to fill a form and get a voucher of Rs. 500 from adjacent Nepal Bank Ltd.

Details to be filled in the voucher :-

• Account No. : १८५० (1850)
• Account Holder Name : पाठ्यक्रम बिकास केन्द्र (Pathyakram Bikaas Kendra)
• Amount : रु.५०० (Rs.500)

Equivalence Certificate would be stamped and handed over to you within 15 mins.

3. Click Show Advanced Settings

4. Under the tab Passwords and forms, tick offer to save passwords and then click "Manage Passwords"

5. Manage the exceptions if any under "Never Save" tab
