How to get green sticker for your car in Kathmandu, Nepal?

Things needed:
1. Car
2. Blue Book
3. Rs. 10 (Hulak Ticket)
4. Rs. 35 for Rajaswa
Steps:
1. Visit Yatayat Karyalaya in Teku (Behind Salt Trading).
2. Park the car and visit Window 1 to pay NPR 35 rajaswa, also provide your blue book.
3. Take your car for the check around the building, provide blue book and Rs. 35 paid receipt.
4. Purchase NPR 10 Hulak Ticket or you can also bring NPR 10 Hulak Ticket with you.
5. After the check, they will give you check passed slip.
6. Park the car and Visit Window 2 (which is on the left hand side of Window 1 around the corner) for entering in the Blue Book and get the green sticker.
Note: If 7 days has passed from Pollution Check Expiry Date, visit Ekantakuna Transportation Office as office at Teku won't entertain such cases.
