How to make boot able USB Flash Drive (Pen drive) for Windows 7 using DOS (command prompt)?

OPEN COMMAND PROMPT

Then start typing:

1.DISKPART

2.LIST DISK

3.SELECT DISK 1

4. type the following one by one

CLEAN

CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY

SELECT PARTITION 1

ACTIVE

FORMAT FS=NTFS QUICK

ASSIGN

EXIT

5. Insert the Windows 7/Vista installation disc and note down the “drive letter” of your DVD drive. In my case, it is “J:”. Or if you are using ISO file then mount the file to the virtual drive and note down the "drive letter".
Now type the following one by one in DOS.

J:
(J: is Windows 7 Dvd drive letter)

CD BOOT

BOOTSECT.EXE/NT60 G:
(G: is USB drive letter)

EXIT

Copy paste DVD file into USB stick

Now your pen drive is ready to boot and install windows 7. :) Enjoy!!
